Career to Date:

Nottingham Forest

  • Born in Nottingham, Mark played junior football for Nottingham Forest

Burton Albion

  • Mark was offered a 2 year scholarship at Burton Albion making the bench for the senior team a number of times but never making his senior debut for The Brewers and moved to Ilkeston Fc

Ilkeston Town

  • Mark was only at Ilkeston for a short spell before a move to Alfreton Town

Alfreton Town

  • He went on to make 25 appearances for Ilkeston scoring 4 goals in National League North, however his eye was on playing at a higher level

Salford City

  • In his 1st season at Salford, Mark went on to make 30 appearances scoring 2 goals, both from free kicks, gaining promotion from National league North to the Premier in season 2017 – 18
  • Currently played 44 games and scoring 4 goals
  • Playing regular National League until he broke his ankle, returning in play off final at Wembley helping Salford gain promotion to the Football League
  • Started the 2019/20 season with a winning goal at home to Walsall
  • Due to lack of first team matches mark when out on loan to National League Harplepool United and was instant hit scoring and creating goals and chances
