Career to Date
Preston North End
- Kelvin started his career as a striker for Preston North End in September 2003
- He went on 4 loan spells to Tamworth, Carlisle, Kidderminster Harriers, and Shrewsbury Town; before making the move to Shrewsbury a permanent one
Shrewsbury Town
- He made over 230 appearances for Shrewsbury Town scoring 18 goals; during this time the management recognised his power in the air, especially when defending corners, that he was trialled and eventually moved position to Centre Half
Peterborough Town
- In June 2010 he signed for Peterborough on a 3 year deal and was ever present under manager Gary Johnson, until Darren Ferguson took the helm and he fell out of favour
Northampton Town
- August 2011 Kelvin signed for Northampton Town on a month’s loan deal to re-join Gary Johnson before making the deal permanent on a 3 year deal, going on to make 79 appearances and scoring 11 goals
Ebbsfleet Utd
- After his release from Northampton, Kelvin dropped into non-league football with Ebbsfleet making 11 appearances before taking a loan deal with Kidderminster Harriers for the remainder of the season
Nuneaton Town
- Kelvin signed for Nuneaton Town in the summer of 2016 under manager Kevin Wilson, where he delivered a consistent performance week in week out, his contract was extended for another season; he suffered injury and missed the first half of the season
Harrogate Town
- Kelvin signed a 2 year deal with Harrogate Town AFC in the summer of 2018 and was voted Away Supporters Player of the Season 2018-19
Brackley Town FC
- Brackley Town FC secured the signature of Kelvin in July 2019
