Adam signed a 2-year scholarship at Stockport County and following successful completion of the scholarship, he earned him a 1-year pro contract. Adam is currently out of loan in the Northern Premier League gaining valuable experience of playing 1^st team football

Matty joined Stockport County as a 15year old and was offered a Scholarship after a successful youth career and was offered a 1-year professional contract, has also played for Ashton United and Hyde United. At Nantwich Town, he was named as the Evo-Stik Premier Division’s Young Player of the Season for 2015/16, as well as being named in the team of the year. Halifax and Nantwich agreed to an undisclosed fee for the attacking-minded player, and he signed a two-year contract

Matty signing in pre-season was greeted with much excitement by FC Halifax Town fans and he certainly lived up to the hype. He scored a goal and provided the main attacking threat for Nantwich Town two seasons ago in the FA Trophy semi-final first leg, and was again impressive in the return leg at the Shay. Having seen him shine first hand he was a name on many Halifax fans’ lips and Town’s capture of him has been regarded as an early success for the new manager.

Matty was a regular presence in the starting line-up and had become a real fans’ favorite. His energetic and tireless performances have been matched with some fine goals and assists, which have pleased many on the terraces. netted 24 times in 76 league appearances

In his three-season spell with The Shaymen, they won promotion to the National League back in 2017 through the playoffs
